Prof. Elizabeth Pellicano

Lizz is a cognitive scientist and educational psychologist committed to conducting world-class research with the autistic community. She is a professor of autusm research at University Cooege London, and in the past was a professor at Macquarie University in Sydney. Australia. Her latest research is an open-ended study co-created with the involvement of people on the autism spectrum. The goal of this innovative research is to provide new scientific insights to bring real benefits to people of the autism spectrum and their loved ones.


Dr Lotta Borg Skoglund
Department of Clinical Neuroscience, Karolinska Institute
Lotta specializes in the treatment and evaluation of neurodevelopmental disorders. She is a senior lecturer at Uppsala University's Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences and a researcher at Karolinska Institutet's Department of Clinical Neurobiology. She is also a senior consultant in psychiatry to the Swedish Prison and Probation Service.



Adam Kozlowski

Adam is currently working at Let's Enhance, an AI startup from Ukraine. He loves connecting the worlds of art, design, science, and business. Adam is also a foodie, traveler, and proud neurodivergent who is helping his ADHD friends to navigate around their private and professional lives.


Agata Nowak
Speech therapist, educator, sensory integration, and psychomotor therapy specialist
Dr. Nowak actively collaborates with researchers from Poland and abroad, acquiring knowledge and experience in diagnosing and treating children with sensory integration disorders. Her specialization lies in recognizing and treating motor disorders as the underlying cause of learning difficulties. She is also the author of publications focused on the diagnosis of psychomotor disorders. Currently, she works as a sensory integration therapist at the SIup! clinic in Wrocław and is a member of Polish Sensory Integration Therapy Association


Dominika Pikul
Specialist consultant in Applied Neuroscience for organizational use. Expert in brain health, learning & development and neurodiversity
Her work focuses on optimizing cognitive performance with emphasis on attention, productivity, and creativity. In her day-to-day, she translates latest neuroscience and psychology research into strategies and training for organizations and their leaders. She has a master’s degree in Neuroscience and Psychology of Mental Health from King’s College London. Her academic interests center around the role of environmental factors in the etiology of neurodevelopmental disorders.



dr Magdalena Śniegulska
Psychologist, psychotherapist, and educator specializing in developmental psychology for children and adolescents, behavior disorders, and crisis intervention
Her academic interests extend to health psychology and neuropsychology. Currently, she conducts consultations at the Academic Center for Psychotherapy and Development at SWPS University, working with young people, children, and parents who are experiencing parenting challenges. Additionally, she specializes in assessing a child's overall development, including their intellectual, emotional, and social well-being. Her expertise lies in identifying individual strengths and potential areas of concern in the lives of young individuals. She is a founding member and has served as a board member for many years at the 'Wspólne Podwórko' Association.


dr Kajetana Foryciarz
Medical doctor with a Ph.D. in medical sciences, specializing in psychiatry, internal medicine, and family medicine
Her expertise lies in the diagnosis and treatment of ADHD in adults, as well as co-occurring disorders. She is a member of the European Network Adult ADHD, which brings together both practicing psychiatrists and researchers. Dr. Foryciarz operates a Specialist Diagnostic and Therapeutic Centre in Warsaw in collaboration with a team of psychotherapists. She gained her medical experience at various institutions, including the 2nd Department of Psychiatry at the Medical University of Warsaw and the Institute of Psychiatry and Neurology in Warsaw.


Zsuzsanna Szilvasy
Expert and president of the Mars Autism Foundation
Zsuzsanna Szilvasy has been involved in autism organizations, both on national (in Hungary) and at the international level, for the past fifteen years. She is the former president of the Autism Europe, led the association for 8 years. In these years she was working with WHO as an autism expert and promoted the right of autistic people all over the world, including in the UN. She is also the former president of the Hungarian Autistic Society, and has played a key role in advocating for the rights of people with autism in Hungary. During her presidency the state implemented a National Autism Strategy. Ms. Szilvasy is the founder & director of Mars Autism Foundation in Hungary.



Simon Wallace
Consultant, expert, scientist
Simon has been active in the field of autism for almost 30 years. In that time, he has been involved in a range of academic research at the Institute of Psychiatry in London and the University of Oxford. Since 2008, Simon has taken a more strategic role, initially by working for autism charities and setting their research priorities and agenda, before more recently advising charities and governments as an independent consultant. With his work, Simon collaborates closely with colleagues at the University of Birmingham on policy-orientated education research and national programmes to improve professional development.


Aleksandra Wowra

Special educator with 15 years of experience. Certified trainer of the Persolog personality model, teacher of the HIP method, prof. P. Zimbardo. He has been working with children, youth, their parents and teachers for years. At School in the Cloud, she works in a team supporting students with special education needs. She takes care of unique needs and looks for the best solutions to respond to individual needs. Privately, she is the mother of a teenager and a preschooler, who loves outdoor activities.

Marta Ambroziak leads the Recruitment and Employer Branding Team at EY. She has developed her 15 years long career in big organizations, especially in IT, consulting and pharmaceuticals. She has taken over managerial roles in fields strictly connected to human resources management i.e. recruitment, talent management, learning & development, HR advisory. She graduated from University of Warsaw with a major in Cultural Studies and she also gained additional specializations in human resources management, HR controlling and neurodiversity. She is experienced in conducting transformations in talent acquisition and development sectors and she is knowledgeable in the broadly defined matter of diversity in business.
