NeuroShow is organized by the Jim Foundation in Poland, which has been working to create a better world for neurodivergent people since 2002. Their aim is to help create a world where neurodivergent people can realize their potential. Surveys in the US suggests that 1 in 5 people identify as neurodivergent and awareness of neurodivergence as a term is on the increase*.

The Jim Foundation pursues its mission by increasing access to diagnosis of neurodivergent conditions, organizing online training and webinars for professionals, public awareness campaigns reaching millions of recipients, effective advocacy changing regulations, and running its own preschools and schools.

The Jim Foundation has 25,000 members. These include neurodivergent people, their families and caregivers, teachers and professionals, and all those who stand in solidarity with neurodivergent people.
